A General Admission ticket grants one (1) guest entry to the event during scheduled operating hours. Seating or standing areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified. Admission includes access to all general public areas, performances, and activities designated for General Admission guests. Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket. All attendees must comply with venue rules, event policies, and staff instructions at all times. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of event guidelines,

All sales are final and non-refundable unless approved by management or cancelled with 3-5 days' notice prior to the event date.

Each table reservation includes seating for the reserved party and one (1) General Admission ticket unless otherwise specified. Table reservations guarantee a designated seating area for the duration of the event and provide access to all General Admission areas, performances, and activities.

Guests must present a valid ticket or reservation confirmation upon arrival. Reserved tables will be held until the scheduled event start time unless prior arrangements have been made with event management. Unclaimed tables may be released at management's discretion.

All guests are required to follow venue rules, event policies, and instructions provided by event staff. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, or otherwise violates event guidelines. No refunds will be issued to guests removed from the event due to policy violations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All table reservation sales are final. Refunds, credits, or transfers are not guaranteed and are granted solely at the discretion of management. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least five (5) days prior to the event date to be considered for approval. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within five (5) days of the event, no-shows, late arrivals, or unused reservations.

VIP Table admission grants the purchaser and their designated guests access to one (1) reserved VIP table for the event during scheduled operating hours. VIP table seating is reserved exclusively for the ticket holder and their registered guests and will be held according to the event’s VIP seating policies.

VIP Table includes one (1) complimentary bottle of champagne. The complimentary bottle is provided to the VIP table and must be consumed in accordance with all applicable venue policies and legal requirements. Additional bottles, beverages, food, or services are not included unless otherwise specified.

VIP guests will have access to all event performances and activities available to VIP and general admission attendees. All guests must comply with venue rules, event policies, applicable laws, and staff instructions at all times. Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or in violation of event guidelines.

All VIP Table sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management or the event is cancelled. Any cancellation or modification request must be submitted 3–5 days prior to the event date for management consideration.
